Had brilliant, fairly quiet room with great view of the valley as well as fully equipped kitchen.

Spacious and fancy rooms with a comfy pull-out bed 🛏️, offering a great view of the town and a lovely terrace for a wonderful stay.

The breakfast here is amazing, with a delicious spread including honey and a fried egg, and the location is convenient, although the walk to the ski lift is quite uphill in the ski area.

Everything was brand-new, including absolutely kind staff and incredible location very close to everything. The room was well-appointed and spotless, complete with full access to all the facilities, amazing view.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. The hotel facilities, including the spa area with swimming pools and saunas, were top-notch. The location was perfect, right in the town center and close to the best restaurants.

the service in the hotel was poor and beds are not comfortable at all you may need to wake up at night to get rest from the bed and the rooms also smell are not good.

Except for the young lady that check me and my wife in, I can characterize the rest of the staff as extremely unfriendly and lacking the basics in hotel etiquette. Nevertheless the apartment we booked was large and spacious; however the bedroom had a strange odor that persisted throughout our stay. Finally neither my wife nor I could say we had one night of pleasant sleep. The bed felt like they were made of stone and this is coming from someone that is accustomed to sleeping on hard mattresses.

The hotels’ location was fantastic and provided easy access to all the hiking trails within the area. However we did find other hotels in the general vicinity that provided a better view of the valley.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The accommodations were sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to skiing, dining, and train stations. We also loved the complimentary shopping bag and the addition of shampoo and bath gel in the rooms.

The check-in process was a bit frustrating, with a long wait to get our room. The pool water was too cold to enjoy, and the temperature in the bubble pool was not even body temperature.

Very sathisfied with our stay. We would really recomend this hotel in Bad Gastein.
